The peppers that come to us are then checked, changed and peeled – all this we do manually to make sure that only the pieces that deserve it will go into the sauce. The peppers are then cut and, along with other ingredients, go into large pots.
Young Europeans are curious, open and brave. Dziki Bill, the first Polish bottled hot sauce, was created with them in mind. Our dream is to reach places where hot sauce have never been available. Change the cuisine of people who are curious about new experiences. We want to prove that Polish quality trumps alternatives imported from far away places and that Europeans can appreciate a product created specifically for them.

Throughout the process, we measure the temperature of the sauce – only the right temperature is able to ensure the longevity of our sauces, as they contain no artificial preservatives.
After cooling down, the bottles receive finishing touches – they are labelled and marked with 'best before' dates.
You might wonder if craft production always maintains quality and whether the complex procedures of large hot sauce manufacturers do it better?
In Dziki Bill, we have learned to combine two worlds – on the one hand, each batch is accurately described, we check the quality of ingredients at multiple stages and watch over key indicators in production – and on the other hand, we believe that the human factor has its undoubted advantages – it is us, as the creators of the sauce, who are able to say whether what goes into the bottles is tasty enough and hot enough. Sometimes we stopped production because one of the ingredients did not meet our expectations.
